Share Your World: 2014 – Week 24

Here we are with another week of Share Your World.  If nothing else, it has at least got me putting a blog post out every week so that is something.

What makes you feel the most secure?
Hmm, I’m not sure how to answer this one.  I guess knowing where my son is, having my husband here (or a Skype call away), having a job and knowing that the bills can be paid and we have a roof over our heads.

If you were a shoe, what kind would you be and why?
Something comfortable and reliable like a trainer or pump.

How many languages do you speak?
Technically?  One – English.  Although I did take French for GCSE and German for A-Level.  I also use Makaton sign language with my son and I guess I’m fairly fluent in that, but as you only sign the key words in a sentence it isn’t too hard.

What was the largest city you have been to?  What is the one thing you remember most?
I think it would probably be London but I guess it depends on how you define largest, doesn’t it?  I mean are we going by population or area?  Also, I believe Hong Kong is technically a city (city-state) and is a larger area than London but has a lower population.
