Step In To Summer Challenge – Week 1, Day 5

Thursday = Day 5 of Week 1 of my “Step In To Summer” Challenge.  I didn’t get to the gym as I wanted to due to a lovely migraine which I woke up with.   I did still log my food thanks to the SparkPeople app for my iPhone 🙂  I also did a little bit of exercise, all of 10 minutes of wall push ups, crunches and squats but better than nothing.
