Yesterday was Day 4 of my “Step In To Summer” Challenge. Wednesday was great, I walked to work and back again (3 miles each way) and stayed just under my calorie range. The walk to work was good and I got there in 45 minutes! The walk home was a bit slower as the section past the railway station and over the river in town was crowded with people. Still, it only took 50 minutes to do 3 miles so I’m pleased with that.
